Benefits of Working for The PAR Group
Pay Policy
The principal component of an employee's pay program is their base pay. The goal of the base pay plan is to pay employees competitively based on comparisons to the marketplace and their contributions to the company. For your convenience, your pay will automatically be deposited in your personal bank account on payday. This service guarantees the delivery of your pay on time every time.
Health & Dental Insurance
The Company offers medical and dental insurance. You are eligible to participate in a medical or dental plan if you are regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week. Elected coverage takes effect the first of the month following thirty days of employment.
Pre-Tax Savings Plan (The 401(k) Plan)
You can enter the plan on the first of the month following ninety days of employment. Employees may invest up to 75% of pre-tax income in any one or in a combination of over 20 available investment options with Principal®. The Company will match 25% of the first 8% of the pay you contribute to the plan through salary deferral. Company matching contributions are made on a weekly basis but only in the pay periods in which you make a pre-tax contribution. Catch-Up Contributions, additional pre-tax contributions, are permissible for eligible plan participants.
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
Each eligible employee can purchase LTD coverage the first of the month following one year of employment.
Life Insurance
The Company covers eligible employees with basic life insurance and basic AD&D at no cost to the employee. The amount of basic life insurance is $10,000. Employees may purchase supplemental life and AD&D insurance up to 5 times their annual base pay with a maximum of $300,000. Coverage is effective the first of the month following three months of employment for all employees regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week. Employees may also purchase Spouse's and Child(ren)'s Life.
Paid Time Off
Employees are provided Paid Time Off which may be used for vacation, personal needs, and incidental sick time. Hours are accrued monthly.
In addition to the above time off, employees regularly scheduled to work 40 or more hours per week will be paid for six major observed holidays.
